Zesco  United assistant coach Tenant Chembo says they are ready to redeem themselves  on Sunday in Group C of the 2017  CAF Confederation Cup.
Zesco host CRD Libolo of Angola at Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola on the back of a 1-0 away loss against group stage  debutants Al Hilal Obied in Sudan on May 24.
That defeat saw Zesco drop from 1st to2nd on3 points and replaced by Egyptian Club Smouha whom they beat 1-0 on match day one on May 13 in Ndola.
“The team is shaping up well and everyone is eligible for selection,”  Chembo said who is standing in  for Zlatko Krmpotic who is away home in Serbia for a family bereavement.
“We are looking good, morale is high in camp  and we will play for our coach who has a bereavement,” Chembo said.
Chembo added that Zesco are determined to maintain their unbeaten run at home and pick the 3 points that will keep them in the top two and potentially reclaim the lead in Group C.
“Coming to the game in terms of continental football, there is dominate legacy that is there to keep and we have to work towards that objective,” Chembo said.
“Pressure is always there it is part of there it is part of life.When you look at our group,  in terms of points, all the teams have three points each.”
Chembo added that  they had done their homework on Libolo  who also come into the match with a defeat following a  2-0 away loss to Smouha on May 24.
